Digimon Rumble Arena 2 is now fully playable in CxBx-Reloaded

The game can now be finished. Issues left to solve:

- Random audio loops

- Some "black textures/models"

Other than the issues listed above, performance is great and it's very stable (finished the game 3 times with not a single crash/hang so far).
